Beyond constant friction lies bottomless opportunity
– and this is what Sara helps her clients uncover, explore and enjoy.
Sara will support you clients to rip apart received notions you've been given about how to be a human in the world, undoing the damage caused by repeated “requests to modify” since the beginnings of your life.
A lot of our work will revolve around giving you permission to remove the masks they wear as you explore ways of being. Helping you navigate life in a more honest and true-to-yourself way.
Sara brings heaps of play and irreverence to the work she does, as you explore how to live as your true self. We will hold experiments as you explore your unique makeup to create ways of being and engaging with the world that work for.
Being neurodivergent is not a choice, but it’s also not a sentence; it’s an invitation to cultivate new habits, new systems and new structures that work for each individual client.
"I am, in fact, Chief Naughty Officer for most of my clients... who love the permission to play and make their own rules.

Got a question?
Maybe the answer is here:
Do you accept Access to Work or other grant payment
Ask another questionI absolutely do.
Let me know when we talk which grant you have and we can make sure the correct awarding body is invoiced.
Unfortunately due to non-payment by the DWP I invoice Access to Work for our agreed sessions in advance.
What happens in a session?
Ask another questionThere is only ever one question in any coaching session.
What is most important for you today?
If it works for you to bring with you a list of topics to work on- go for it!
If it doesn't or your mind goes blank, that's groovy too. I may ask a couple of extra questions to help you find a place to start.
From here I hold space with you to help you hold curiosity about what is going on. Together we can then design experiments to do something with them. Or not. (because doing nothing is always an option).
I will likely ask you a bunch of questions to aid your thinking. If it works for you we can create notes on a digital whiteboard.
Although I may nudge you along- the session is yours to lead. I am your thought partner in the process, asissting rather than guiding you.
What can we cover?
Ask another questionAlmost all of my clients are entrepreneurs wanting to find better ways for them in running their businesses, or being at work. So anything that comes under this bracket.
However, I make no distinction between home and work- you are neurodivergent all of the time. So there may be discussions about home life. The good thing about these are when we find ways through, they can be applied to work life too!
Is there homework
Ask another questionIf it works for you, sure!
If not, then no.
If it works some of the time, and not others, then we will work with that also.
Working together we flex with your rhythms, energy and attention.
How often do you see people?
Ask another questionMost clients choose to set fortnightly calls. This gives them time to let the session filter and settle into their brains, and time to take action.
Some clients like the accountability and pace of weekly, so we do that.
A few prefer less frequent, so we do that.
If you start with one frequency and decide it's not for you- let me know and we can change it.
This is about what works for you.
How long are sessions?
Ask another questionMost people have hour long sessions as this works for them.
Some people (usually ADHDers) find this is too long, so prefer 30 minuts.
Others have liked to deep dive, so we arrange longer sessions.
This is about tailoring to your energy and attention. So if you try one duration and find it isn't working for you- let me know and we will adjust.
What if I have to cancel a session
Ask another questionI do ask that I have a couple of days notice. This gives me time to re-arrange my diary and supports my neurodivergence to settle into the change.
If it is less than 48 hours notice I may still charge/ count this session.
However, I do understand that emergencies happen and on these rare occasions I may re-arrange.
Do you keep records?
Ask another questionIf it works for you, I will set up a digital whiteboard. This will be where we can collaborate and work together. Every client gets their own one and you can use it as you wish.
I do keep details of your name and payment information. I also keeo a list of coaching session dates in case it is needed for audit or accreditation purposes. These are all stored in accordance with GDPR.
What if I have a 'meltdown' or become non-verbal?
Ask another questionYou have absolute permission to turn up as you are on that day.
If you struggle to speak you can use the chat to write what you'd like to say. Or if you prefer to use pictures, you can drop them into the whiteboard we use in our sessions.
Overwhelm is part and parcel of the territory of working with Neurodivergent folx. It is not uncommon for me to sit with clients as emotions come in and through.
If I feel carrying on is not the most helpful for you I will ask you if you would like to end the session early. It is your choice, and the decision you make will be without judgement.
What if I have specific support needs?
Ask another questionPlease do tell me what they are- if it is something I can help you with, I will.
Some examples of requests I have accommodated include:
- Keeping the camera off
- Making no facial response while the client is talking
- Using the chat function to communicate
- Using pictures to communicate
- Having the client's Otter AI in the room for note-taking
Working together is about helping you feel comfortable.
Do you do in-person sessions?
Ask another questionMost of my clients are dotted all over the UK and some are internationally based. This can make face-to-face sessions impractical and unaffordable.
If you would prefer in-person, please do ask.
What days or times do you work?
Ask another questionMy client sessions are Tueday and Thursday all day, and Wednesday afternoons.
My first appointment is 9am and I finish at 5pm UK time.
If you are in a different time-zone or have other barriers to meeting in these times, plesae do drop me a message. I may still be able to help.
Do you work with specific neurodivergent identities?
Ask another questionNope.
I work with people who are neurodivergent. This is all diagnoses (or not), co-curring identities and presentations.
What if I have a 'counselling' type issue?
Ask another questionIf there are topics or subjects relating to your life that go beyond the coaching relationships I will invite you to take this to your counsellor, or to find a qualified professional.
We will continue the session, and I will nudge you to a topic I can support with.
Will you tell me what to do?
Ask another questionNope.
My job is to be your thought partner with whatever issue or situation we are working on.
Where it is appropriate I may share with you solutions that have worked for others. These are suggestions intended to support you to find the right one for you.
Do you only work with people with a formal diagnosis?
Ask another questionIf you identify as neurodivergent- that is good enough for me.
Why don't you promise specific outcomes?
Ask another questionI work with individuals. This means that what each of my clients want to achieve is going to be different from the next.
If you have clear outcomes you want to achieve- we will work with that.
If you are not clear on where it is you want to get, and want to know- we will start there.
Along the way you have absolute permission to change your mind.
Here is the thing I have learned about neurodivergent folx- almost none of us find SMART goals or targets motivating. So, unless you want it- I will not be thrusting them on you.
